Spalding County Sentence Enforcement

 The Mission of the Spalding County Sentence Enforcement is to treat people with dignity and respect and to lead with purpose-driven passion. Our goal is to serve the citizens and the courts in Spalding County by enforcing court orders. We seek to create positive relationships with the individuals placed on probation to encourage and develop law-abiding citizens within the community and offer assistance to those seeking help with different battles they may experience in “life.”

Monday: Office Closed

Tuesday: 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm.

Wednesday: 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-6:00pm.         

Thursday: 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm.              

Friday: 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm.

Closed Daily for lunch 12:00pm-1:00pm

Instructions for Parking                

Anyone entering the Spalding County Sentence Enforcement Office MUST park in the Janet Braggs Parking Lot on the southwest corner of the intersection of West Solomon Street and South 8th Street. No one is allowed to park in the parking spaces in front of businesses. All cars are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense, and revocation may be set to address a failure to report as directed.

Instructions to enter Probation Office

From the front of the ADR Building (Old Post Office) at 141 W. Solomon St. Griffin, Ga (facing the building) to your right, there is a black gate; enter through there. On your left, the second set of stairs will be the entry to the Probation Office. Only enter through this door, not the front doors of the ADR Building.
